My pedal isn't working, what do I do?
Check your power supply/battery, make sure your cables are good and that everything is hooked up properly. Isolate the pedal, remove it from your pedal chain and just hook it straight up to your guitar and amp. If you're still having problems, shoot us a message and we'll gladly help you out.
What is the SGFX warranty?
All our pedals come with a 3-year warranty.
What is your return policy?
All SolidGoldFX pedals and Custom Shop products purchased from SolidGoldFX come with a 7-day return, 14-day exchange period from the time that the product has been received. No refunds or exchanges will be offered past 14 days. Shipping to and from SolidGoldFX is non-refundable and in the event of an exchange, additional shipping charges may apply.
Orders with free shipping will be subject to the actual shipping costs.
Items must be returned in like new condition and in a timely fashion. In order to initiate a return, email us at info@solidgoldfx.com within the allocated time frame.
All clearance, B-stock, modified or custom order sales are final, no exchanges or returns.
