My pedal isn't working, what do I do?
Check your power supply/battery, make sure your cables are good and that everything is hooked up properly. Isolate the pedal, remove it from your pedal chain and just hook it straight up to your guitar and amp. If you're still having problems, shoot us a message and we'll gladly help you out.
What is the SGFX warranty?
All SolidGoldFX products purchased from our website or one of our authorized dealers comes with a limited, three-year warranty against failure resulting from defective parts and/or faulty workmanship.
All products covered by the warranty are eligible for free repair.
Cosmetic flaws or issues related to wear and tear are not covered.
The warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and is not transferable.
Warranty coverage terminates three years from its original date of purchase.
All products covered by the warranty are eligible for free repair. Shipping costs to and from SolidGoldFX are not included in the warranty and are the responsibility of the owner.
Product is NOT covered by the warranty if:
1. Your product(s) was not purchased from solidgoldfx.com or an authorized retailer.
2. Your product(s) was purchased from unauthorized vendors and/or resellers.
3. You do not have the original proof of purchase and/or you are not the original purchaser of the product(s).
4. Cosmetic flaws, and issues related to wear and tear are not covered.
5. The product(s) have been modified, misused, damaged or repaired by an unauthorized third party or the owner.
6. Use of an improper power supply will void warranty.
What is your return policy?
All SolidGoldFX pedals and Custom Shop products purchased from SolidGoldFX come with a 7-day return, 14-day exchange period from the time that the product has been received. No refunds or exchanges will be offered past 14 days. Shipping to and from SolidGoldFX is non-refundable and in the event of an exchange, additional shipping charges may apply.
Orders with free shipping will be subject to the actual shipping costs.
Items must be returned in like new condition and in a timely fashion. In order to initiate a return, email us at info@solidgoldfx.com within the allocated time frame.
All clearance, B-stock, modified or custom order sales are final, no exchanges or returns.
